How To Enter

The Short Filmmakers Project is all about you.

Our Video Contest is now open to collect your greatest stories of community activism (projects and fundraisers). Top prize: CASH PRIZE TBD. Become a Community Activist. Tell your story on video or interview someone that is making a positive & powerful difference in your community through community activism.  Make a short video (3 minutes max) showing us some community projects or fundraisers that you see in your community.  Send it in. No experience needed. Videos do not need to be edited or professionally shot. Phone camera is fine.
The goal of this project is to find out what you experience and learn as a community activist. Is there a community project that you are doing or have done, or you know someone who has? What did you learn from doing the project? Do you have a project you would like to do? Share your story – submit your video.

Selected videos and other submissions will be featured on this site, and many will be featured in an upcoming documentary Community Activism – the Movie. There will be prizes, glory and the chance to be a part of the Community Acitivism Revolution. What could be better?
